It is located in Dalsil Maeul in Yugok-ri, Bonghwa-eup. Chungjunggong Chungjae Gwon Beol (1478-1548) passed a state examination in the 2nd year of Jungjong (1507) and served official posts up to Uchanseong. He was exiled to Sakju during Myeongjong of Joseon since he was against Yun Won-hyeong’s decision to ostracize 3 officials, Yun Yim, Ryu Gwan, and Ryu In-suk, and stayed there till he died. He was honored to Yeonguijeong posthumously during Seonjo of Joseon. Chungjae Gwon Beol established this pavilion with his eldest son Gwon Dong-bo in Guamsang when he was settled in Yugok after being mixed up in Gimyosahwa, and he secluded himself there for 15 years, focusing on studying ethics. The pavilion is praised for its architectural style, and is regarded having high value as cultural heritage. This area is designated and protected as No.3 of historic place and site of beauty.
