Cheonmachong Tomb, the Tomb no. 155 excavated in 1973, is made by piling stones on the wooden chamber. Under the mound of 12.7m by heignt, 5m in circumference is a layer of piled stone, under which a wooden chamber of 6.5m by length, 4.2m by width, and 2.1m by height, in which a wooden coffin is placed. The tomb produced 11,526 artifacts and relics, among which is the Cheonmado, the Painting of Heavenly Horse on a Saddle Flap. The Cheonmado is the first painting ever excavated from a tomb in the country.
